SCE IT jobs are good opportunities, good benefits, avg. salaray, good place to retire, pension plan, good tuition reimbursement plans

Cons

SCE jobs advancement opportunities are slow and require 18 months stall, no tele-commute, slow in technolory adaption, pockets of bureaucracies, low vacation compared to industry (2 weeks for first 4 years). Salaries are typically 80-85% level to the market
