      For my department, there’s many opportunities for growth and challenging projects that provide lots of upper leadership exposure. This will help with branding yourself and showcasing your skills. People are great to work with.

      Cons

      The company in general is going through a cultural shift which means they are still behind on times when it comes to systems and procedures. That said, process and procedures are all over the place with no standardization which can be hard in the beginning.
