Pros

Excellent benefits Challenging work Great Pay

Cons

Some staff members have worked there for decades, so it's important to learn the corp culture. HR is in place to protect the company, and if problems arise, it's best to network and transfer to a different department.

Pros

With a good manager, great flexibility and independence. Average pay for work. Great PTO

Cons

With a bad (or misaligned) manager, terrible flexibility and independence. Experience wholly dependent on immediate supervisor and their policies. VERY difficult advancement, bloated and misguided HR culling good talent without managers’ knowledge.
