      The salary is good compared to other agencies.

      Cons

      The work environment is toxic, and the company does not care about employee safety or work-life balance. The company prioritizes productivity to the extent that they expect staff to compromise their own ethics and values. If you're not part of the cliques, you'll be ostracized and encounter hostility from management and staff. You'll be asked to do unethical things for clients in order to keep clients happy for the sake of helping the company maintain its financial contracts.

      Pros

      Most of the time your working in the field assisting your clients. Working in the field makes it easier to connect to your clients than calling them over the phone. It also makes the time go by faster.

      Cons

      Management at the time did not look out for their employees. ICMS department was super unorganized and behind alot of their paperwork from 2+ years ago. New employees had a lot on their plate.
