      Pros

      You become part of a family and it's exciting to be part of a Company that's innovating in an industry that has pretty much been stagnant for 50 years.

      Cons

      Some policies make no sense and serve no purpose, like having to tell management before you travel. That's just way too invasive (and none of the Company's business).
