Pros

A focused company that prioritizes growth, diversity and providing services to the community through HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Well organized corporate environment that looks to promote from within the organization. Provides remote options for flexibility and great benefits!!!

Cons

As a new employee as of 1 month, I have not had many cons. It has not been difficult to get acclimated. Quiet office space, sometimes very quiet.

Weekly pay is nice to have.

Cons

Management is greedy and bonus driven. They take advantage of customers and don’t take care of employees. Underpaid. Work life balance doesn’t exist because we’re all understaffed.

Pros

Decent compensation and benefits package (which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars)

Cons

Run by a group of men who believe that working 12 hour days and sacrificing family over work is how you are deemed successful in life. The old school mentality. Nobody there is happy unless you are one of 4 or 5 at the top of the org chart. They belittle others behind their backs and believe everyone is inferior to them.
