Lots of opportunity for amazing paycheck potential so long as you are a great door to door salesman.

Cons

If you are not a great door to door salesman you will not last very long. Monthly quotas must be met as a team or pay cuts will be dished out.

Pros

You learn from a very experienced roof inspection and installation trainer, who shows you what you need to do the job properly and help people who need a new roof. Company has the best quality products to showcase, and crews actually doing the work. Job is straightforward, and you always have available resources between management and coworkers. Lenient schedule can be very rewarding, but make sure to constantly improve your knowledge and review training material so you don't become complacent.

Cons

Main office for big company meetings is a little far, but there are local offices where your local management team is and other coworkers are and available resources. Self employed
