Pros

Work was easy. You just count the store inventory and recheck if there are discrepancies. The company provides knee pads. The hours are early, but you get out early, so that balances out. Weekends and holidays off.

Cons

Lots of travel and low pay for travel miles. There were only 2 team leads in my area. One team lead would not help the other team members and spent most of their time smoking, causing us long, and exhaustive workdays. The other team lead was a miserable person with the worst attitude and brought down company morale. Teammates regularly showed up late or called off.

Pros

The job itself isn’t stressful or difficult. Most people do not leave this job because they dislike it, but due to other reasons. I actually enjoyed this job and I’ve heard the same from coworkers. Hourly wage isn’t bad, and I liked everyone I worked with.

Cons

Theres many cons to this company. First, theres little room for advancement, and the path to a team lead position isn’t equal for everyone. After that, there’s practically nothing to move up to. Benefits sucked. I was better off getting a health insurance plan from the marketplace. No raises even if you stay with the company long term. They only offer them once you’ve decided to leave. On top of that, the area is mismanaged. Some days we’d have less people sent to a store than we need, so we’re unable to complete it or even work that day. Also, hours are hard to come by unless they’re short on staff. I rarely ever got the amount of hours they said was typical in the interview. We’d have too many people scheduled for a store and end up with 4 hours for that day. Relative to training, you’re just given a scanner and told to go. There was very little input given. I wouldn’t know something until I experienced a problem. You can also get stuck consistently doing the parts of the store no one else wants to do and not being taught anything else.
