Pros

Your value is never questioned. You are compensated well, and given opportunities to maximize your income, if you are willing to be punctual and proficient. You are held accountable, but that is mutually beneficial. Cusfomer relations are generally pleasantly professional. Open door policy and corporate entities whom with it is easy and natural to relate. Benefits are lacking, but I believe that phenomenon is government devised and SRIS is free from fault.

Cons

Got some neat cauluses?
