They start by treating you nicely. They make believe to shower you with love and gifts to bring you in.

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. If you are not family than you will be walked all over. ABUSE IS RAMPANT. Their disregard for respect and trust of their employees as well as unorganized work ethic is unfortunately not indicative for their ability to make money.
