Pros

Benefits weren’t bad but could be better for sure.

Cons

It very well may have just been the local clinic that I was employed at, but this company is driven by money. It truly didn’t seem like they wanted to help patients, just wanted them to pay for office visits. Avoid at all costs.

They own a variety of locations.

Cons

Poor management- they have one person attempting to manage three hospitals. Needless to say, each hospital is neglected and lacking in leadership. Regional leadership only cares about profit- regardless of morals and ethics pertaining to animal care. Also, SVP is buying up as many local hospitals as they can, leaving no local options to avoid this greedy company.
