Pros

Great work environment amongst crane operators and their crew. At least 40 hours a week. Great coworkers. Good place to learn the industry and how it works

Cons

Lots of favoritism amongst managers and certain employees. No clear path to joining the union with the company. Third party piping company was hired to rig; taking overtime hours from Union and non union SWIR employees.

Pros

They will teach you a trade that only a few can do

Cons

Hours vary, may work 70 to 80 one week, then 25 to 30 the next. But it works out in the long run
