Ive been with the company for about 8 months now and I’m actively looking for another leasing job solely because I hate this company. The only reason I’ve stayed this long is because I really do love my manager. The commissions are terrible. You might as well not even count them because they amount to hardly anything. $75 for a year lease is all you get and it’s even less than that once taxes are taken out. Any other company would be ATLEAST $100. They are the cheapest company you will ever work for. They don’t want to spend money on ANYTHING. When I met the owner, he was the most unfriendly human I’ve ever encountered. One resident that was in the office at the time even said “who was that. Why was he so rude.” She was appalled that he was the owner.

Regional manager was perhaps the worst manager i ever had. I should of know better when I was offered employment and was hired through text message cause they couldn't bother to call. But then they dont send you to any training, dont give you guidance, and then look for a decent reason to fire you so they can hire their friends. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. Its all about who you know and what friends you have than your ability and drive to do a job well. And God help you if come in expecting guidance. They give none. Stay away!!!!
