That’s why we consistently see a 30% career growth rate each year across all roles. At the same time we also want to ensure we have the right person, with the right mindset, regardless of tenure. I appreciate the callout on some of the struggles a fast-growing organization can encounter when going through a period of rapid growth. As a Program Manager you see this first hand.
