Our mission of Solving Tax for Good really means a lot to us as it is our both our vision for the future and our mantra as we do our day-to-day work to meet our customers needs and impact our communities. Thanks for your feedback. I hope our office is clean and quiet, especially now – it’s been 11 months since we made the transition to remote work due to COVID. But since I was hired during the pandemic – I’ve never physically seen the Boston office. But it seems your relationship with management is what really formed your opinion of Sovos, and I’m sorry that it isn’t a great one. We hold our leaders to a high standard, measuring them against a set of competencies that align with Sovos’ core values. If someone was falling short, especially in a way that came across as rude, I wish you had brought it to someone’s attention while you were here. It does sound, though, that one of the things that you didn’t love about our managers is something that a good number of our employees really value – and that is autonomy. We give our employees a lot of training and access to the tools, resources and people they need to be successful, and then we let them do their jobs. There isn’t a lot of micromanagement at Sovos – and that is something most people love. But we know not everyone thrives in this type of environment – and that’s OK. We aren’t the best fit for everyone, and it sounds like we weren’t the best place for you.
