Work environment is usually laid back and people are pleasant and available to help, remote setup is great for flexibility.

Cons

Low pay compared to the market, Never heard of anyone being paid the extra hours they've put in, because things do get very busy depending on the month and the workload is ssimply incompatible with what the company pays.

I can assure you that our compensation structure is evaluated regularly to remain equitable and competitive in our market. In addition to salary, we have several benefits and perks within our Total Rewards package that add to the value of your compensation. In the US, we have our company corporate bonus program, our myTime program for flexible time off, tuition reimbursement, HSA seed and match, as well as our 401k match and our volunteer time off program.
