As you know, at Sovos we focus our efforts on a thematic goal every year to improve the business. This year our thematic goal is “Engage Our Audience.” Not only does this mean that we are focused on engaging with our clients, but our employees as well. We have taken steps to increase engagement of employees by creating focus groups, new development programs, certification plans, not to mention our CLOUD Rotation program.
