      Good first job, great co workers, fun company activities ........ I need to write 20 words here

      Cons

      Very low pay=no retaining employees, recycle people like newspapers. People in charge are reckless ; my "trainer" is unbelievely inappropriate . If you get this job out of college it's fine, everyone will remind you that you just got of college and don't know anything=motivation shot.

      Pros

      The rank and file workers at Taxware as a whole, tend to be really great. The managers themselves range all over the place from really good (caring, knowledgeable) to awful(incompetent, rude). The experience really varies. The company also provides free snacks and beverages.

      Cons

      The pay is down right awful compared to competitors. The turnover rate is very high meaning anyone with valuable company specific knowledge or someone who is just plain smart tend to leave the company. The software used is by the customers and the employees is fairly old and I'm surprised it even sells.
