Pros

- Ability to work independently on my various projects - QA input and experience was valued by the development team and product owner - 95% remote, only had to go to the office for training or companywide meetings

Cons

- Pay was pretty competitive, but not anything special - Benefits were standard

Pros

Staff make the best with what they're given.

Cons

Products are mostly independent and not interconnected (no platform) and difficult to sell. Poor compensation compared to competition. Executive leadership is focused on PE exit, not doing what's right for employees or customers. High customer churn as well. High performing sales staff being put on PIP's for recent slowdown in company performance. BDR inbounds are not qualified and mostly useless. Market appears to have caught on to the fact the products are difficult to deploy.
