Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you, our flexible time off policy is great. Work life balance is so important. I understand your frustration about disorganization between teams. Sovos is a very highly matrixed organization where teams work cross-functionally with frequency. Sometimes that can make things feel more complex or complicated than necessary. However, there are many very compelling reasons why we chose this model. It allows for diverse skill development, increased opportunities for collaboration and networking, greater exposure to leadership, empowerment for employees, a truly global perspective as well as career opportunities. Which is why I am surprised to hear that you found limited opportunities for advancement. Close to 25% of all of our open roles in FY23 were filled internally. Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to know that our benefits program fits your needs. I understand your concerns about staff reductions. We recently welcomed a new CEO in June, which has been followed up by larger scale organizational changes than typical. When changes have to be made to teams, especially teams like ours here in Tucuman where we are all so close, it can be difficult. I can assure you that all of the decisions we make in our organization are geared towards building a company with a long and sustainably profitable future.
