We care about supporting our employees, who make Sovos an amazing place to work. I will completely acknowledge that our company has been going through dramatic changes the last few months. This is driven by strategy, and sometimes people changes have to occur to support that change in direction. While these things can bring on fatigue and be difficult to manage, we are committed to openly communicating with our team on these changes as they come. Right now leadership and coaching matters even more so we can remain aligned and well poised to deliver on these new strategies. Lastly, to address your comment on average salary, we can confirm we are aligned with market rates and continuously evaluate our compensation structure to maintain fairness on all of our teams.
