Challenging later stage startup with huge potential

Pros

I have had the opportunity to work on some of the latest technologies in a very exciting space. Space Time Insight is a later stage startup that has huge potential. The recent acquisition of an IoT platform and the build out of the Data Science team with advanced machine learning has brought on board a very smart group of engineers who I enjoy working with, and are already bringing two new products to market that our customers are asking for.

Cons

It has been a slow shift from a solutions company to a product company.

Pros

You will get the best of time to learn Technical things. Product will support new and advanced configurations to built strong Apps. Ease of projecting data/Analyzing data using current SI Suite is simple fantastic.

Cons

Nothing much to discuss in cons.. Can skip. There will be some minor aspect, but that's very negligible.

-Free lunch on once a week -Convenient Parking

Cons

- Product is such a mess - patched together of copied open source codes and features. It is such a mess that neither the engineers , nor the architect , nor the product management knows what the copied and populated database tables are and do and what the values means. They also try to hide it when customer ask specific question about features and data. - The San Mateo office is empty with about 15/20 people, and major workforce is in India. - Low salary, not a startup and no prospects. Major competitors like Oracle, Opower and C3 IoT. - Ex SAP executives trying to have a job basically.
