Pros

The employees are incredibly smart, talented and dedicated at what they do! The company has great benefits package and the employer paid portion of benefits is very generous! Most importantly the positive company culture...once a week catered lunches, snacks, friendly employees that work together for a common goal!

Pros

Except the product of the Company there is nothing positive about the company. Highly incompetent company treats employees like servants

Cons

- No work life balance - No Job security - Incompetent people to work with - Politicians all around - Managers(Testing) especially have no knowledge & are there only to find issues in employees but not the product - You are targeted if your opinion does not mathces with Managers - Generally employees have to stay back late & most of the times have to come to office on weekends not only Saturday but Sunday also
