1. Great Product : Learning curve is high as the product uses the latest cutting edge technology stack. Working on the product will sharpen all your skills from client to backend technologies. 2. Good Remunration: They offer good pay packages and good Appraisal hike's. They let out most of your variable amount. Good benefits of working late or on weekends. 3. Work Life Balance: Awesome work life balance, the whole attitude of the development area is to finish off the tasks during 9 - 6 hours. Relaxed environment, just that the days of release are a bit hectic, but thats comoletely OK. 4. Supportive Environment: Matured people work here and no dirty politics is played, everyone is work oriented and thus you are not stressed out of pitty reasons.
