Pros

Incredibly smart people, awesome ideas, rapid pace of work, never a dull moment

Cons

Inexperienced work force, high burnout rate, low morale, steady pressure to work longer hours (put your foot down and they'll back off. The majority of the employees are fresh out of college and are afraid to say 'no' when asked to work what we call 'hero shifts')
