Constantly re-inventing the wheel. Management, doesn't listen to sound advice, even when it comes from multiple sources. Attempts to recruit "only the best in the industry" then fails to utilize that talent to its fullest extent. Several highly experienced members have left for other companies because of friction with leadership, and not being heard or challenged.

Underpaid - They use the goal of the overall mission as a reason not to give fair wages Overworked - Constantly increases an employees scope of work without additional compensation Unappreciated - Rarely rewarded for going above and beyond the cause. Stifled Development - No clear path or help getting to the next level. Leveling of people at current level to next level Management - Not proactive at looking at workload across teams. Not proactive at helping with development to the next level. Not focused on work-life balance. Did not think through lay-offs. Poor planning with missions, requirements for missions and finances.
