      Incredibly smart and dedicated coworkers, very strong company mission, high performing stock

      Management tends to consist of engineers with technical skills, but no people skills; policy of chewing up engineers, with no attempt at retaining long term talent;

      Pros

      Impact. You won't have a higher one outside of a <50 person startup. Learning. Rate starts high and stays high. Growth potential. You're given as much responsibility as you can handle at any time People. Really high caliber, very few underperformers, people who are here want to be here (excited and fired up about their jobs). Speed of execution. Went from clean sheet satellite architecture re-design to in-space within a single year.

      Cons

      Hours and Benefits not as cushy as some of the tech majors (Google, MSFT, Facebook) Work life balance can be un-even if you're close to critical path.
