      Pros

      It was enjoyable working on high end engines and new flight hardware. Great interactions with the engineering team who would listen and take the technicans concerns seriously.

      Cons

      Forced overtime, poor raises, no path of advancement. Was told in my exit interview that I was expected to make my money in OT not my regular hours.

      Pros

      I have been here for 3 months, first impressions are as important and follow up conversations; SpaceX has delivered! Tech is around us everywhere, smart co-workers, great facilities, and top of the line equipment to work with. Snacks and lunch included. Need a gadget ? need software ? need an upgrade ? just put in a request, if it makes sense then you get the green light. Tons of resources are available to make our jobs easier and to learn topics for potential future roles.

      Cons

      As with most things in life, nothing is perfect. Due to the triage mode in my division some minor things like training in the ERP system get missed. Although once requested it was quickly approved and provided.
