Pros

Fast paced, adrenaline filled work environment. Expect to have real projects from the moment you start with aggressive timelines. Very fulfilling to look back on but always stressful at the time. This job is not for everyone but if this job is for you, you won't be happy anywhere else. Other reviews suggest compensation is not enough, however, this is would only be true if you make shortsighted decisions related to the stock compensation.

Cons

Being let go is always a risk but this keeps people sharp and focused. Again, some people would not do well in an environment like that but it drives me to push harder.

--- Great People; Coworkers are intelligent, thoughtful, generous with their knowledge, and generally a pleasure to be around. --- Great Projects; the volume and breadth of new and interesting Design, Engineering, and Production projects in work and on the calendar present a constant flow of interesting and challenging things to work on.

Cons

--- Somewhat unclear performance and time-commitment expectations; the expectations for performance, and total time committed, with respect to individual projects are mostly left to individuals to balance. For some people this works well and for some, not so well.

Pros

People work well in teams, are very smart and friendly. Innovative company that allows you to make rapid changes. You feel like you make a difference. Lots of benefits and great food.

Cons

The salary seems to be on the lower end of the pay band in aerospace.. The company doesn't match 401k contributions.
