Very high paced. Micro management. Leadership isn't professional. Training is horrible and brief. If you make a simple mistake everyone knows about it and think you're a horrible technician and talk behind your back. Management count how many mistakes you've done and use it against you in the annual employee reviews so they won't give you a raise.

Work/life balance at SpaceX is non-existent in many roles. In order to thrive and really stand out at SpaceX, you will need to sell your soul to your job.
