Pros
Feels like I am contributing to awesome engineering feats for my country and the world, can take on large amounts of responsibility and ownership of projects, lots of opportunity for advancement and growth, great benefits (especially the stock awards and ability to invest in the ESPP). If you want to make the most of your work day and always have something valuable to work on this is a great place to be.
Cons
Hours and stress can be difficult for some employees to manage, work days move fast and schedules are tight so heroics are sometimes needed to get things done on time
