      Pros

      You get to say you work at SpaceX. Co workers are nice. Cheap food.

      Cons

      No life outside of work. Pay is a joke. 50 hours a week is minimum expected. You're a minion. It's basically a repetitive sweatshop. Unrealistic goals are pushed by terrible management.

      Stock. Not much else. All benefits have been removed

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership that do not know how to run efficient business practices. Juvenile engineers are allowed to make gross incompetent actions. This is not a place for professionals.

      Pros

      -Solid compensation and benefits -Nice on-site perks (lots of free food and drink options, ice cream, EV charging, etc) -Hire only the best, so you don't have to work with idiots or lazy people -Strong business outlook, and company knows how to operate a business with excellence and efficiency

      Cons

      If you are not good at setting boundaries for yourself, you could get consumed by the cool work and lofty ambitions here. Most naysayers on glassdoor/elsewhere are hourly production workers (who could get overworked, I'm not one so I don't know), or don't know how to set and abide by boundaries for themselves.
