The company is incredibly exciting and has continuous growth opportunities. The biggest leader in the industry.

Cons

Barely any work/life balance. Ton of work and hard to find headcount approval to alleviate workload. Some leaders have been at the company for over 10 years and they power trip.

This is one of those jobs where you work long hours but you get an immense feeling of satisfaction seeing how you're contribution is helping humanity push the final frontier! Its very humbling working alongside some of the smartest people I've ever met and its a honor to gain knowledge from them. On top of that there's many perks one that'll I'll mention is free EV charging. In the little time I've been here I'm already seeing how all your co-workers become kinda like a second family. I love working here!

Cons

Although I wouldn't describe it as a downside I will say this job does require that one be flexible with ones personal life since your schedule can change at a moments notice. Again I wouldn't describe it as a con but definitely something a person should consider if they're contemplating working at SpaceX.
