      Follow your passion Lots of opportunity to learn and take on new challenges

      Strong correlation between respectedness and time spent with the company. Reinforced in many ways, including employee numbers on patch distributions, strict seniority based parking, and the directory which lists each employee's original start date. Takes years to establish yourself as a new employee, even with good ideas and decent EQ. A fair number of "veterans" are riding on their laurels and not challenging themselves to grow or pulling their weight. Resting and vesting until their sabbatical.

It's definitely a plus to work steps away from the manufacturing process and development of our rockets & spacecrafts Benefits - Fantastic health benefits (SpaceX covers the premium for medical, dental, vision). Onsite health & dental clinic too! 3 weeks of paid vacation! Perks - Free coffee, teas, sodas, cookies, frozen yogurt, fruit any time of day! Several different food options (food trucks, pizza truck, various restaurants/cafes). Free Gym Memberships (Onsite gym)! And more! Project Scope - Leadership guides you to be successful by building you up to speed and allow you to handle/own projects & overall work scope. Growth - We have an ideal place for growth. If you have the motivation & determination for development and willingness to learn on a technical level, SpaceX is the place! Passion for making things possible - You're working with rockets & spacecraft - These are some of the coolest things on the planet!
