SpaceX offers many opportunities to grow with the company. It's a very close-knit company and truly family-oriented. And an exciting place to work I might add.

Cons

Sometimes you have to put in long hours and different shifts.

Pros

$5 meals are delicious in addition to free coffees made by baristas and the rotating food trucks for $5 is good too.

Cons

The workplace is very toxic, the company does not pay you what you are worth and only select people who are willing to settle for low pay but are dedicated to the mission. Expect extremely long hours and the expectation to constantly work long hours regardless of being salaried or hourly.

Cons

Short staffing. Ten to twenty hours of overtime per week, usually twenty.
