Very exciting projects. Truly world-changing.

Cons

You're encouraged to ask questions, but when you do, you're not working autonomously, and that's a discredit. You're expected to almost hole-in-one all your contributions. Engineering direction is constantly changing. Great place for young folks with few responsibilities. Remember also that it's a private company, so if you get RSUs or buy ESPP shares, you might not be able to sell them for over a year.
