      Cool place. Good benefits. High stress for new hires

      Pros

      Overwhelming place in a good sense. So much is available , and expected, for you to learn before you could even begin the first task. Very nice colleagues in general. Most people are young, even managers, so the work environment is very refreshing, fast, Lots of random and awesome perks.

      Cons

      Poor and updated on-boarding documents / procedure / tutorials. Everyone works long hours just because they want to, so there's definitely peer pressure that makes you stay longer. Most engineers in my group work 10-12 hrs /day on average. They have several internal sites that seriously need to be restructured for coherence. Information is everywhere and super hard to manage for new hires.

      Pros

      Really smart and hard-working employees or at least some. Good benefits and try to portray like they take care of their employees. The idea of rockets and space and stock options is what keeps most people there.

      Cons

      Low-pay if you are not an engineer. Long hours and some management is just plain god awful. If you are not an engineer or in some other visible position you are treated like another number. I am sure it is safe to say they have a high-turnover rate because of this. I have to say I could not have been happier with my decision to leave but do miss some of my co-workers. There is no job succession in some areas.
