      Free lunch Soda machine Friendly co-workers and under-management.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't know what they want. Either you're doing spectacularly, or you're not fast enough and need to go faster. It's always a competition, regardless of how great your metrics are. They expect a lot for very little.

      FREE electric charging of personal vehicles! $5.00 meals prepare by a chef! My health insurance is free! (Single individual) Reimbursement for boots, rain gear and cold weather gear. Working with people who are excited about what they do! I work at Vandenberg, CA and get to see the Pacific Ocean everyday! I get to buy SpaceX stock at 15 percent below valuation. Free snacks. FREE TRAINING! Working on something bigger than me! Ethnically and socially diverse workforce! It is by far the best place I have ever worked!
