Not what I expected but thankful for the opportunity
Pros
1. Cool Factor 2. Free coffee, yogurt 3. You get to work next to very smart people 4. Makes you feel important but you are really not. 5. Great resume builder
Cons
1. Very Low Pay 2. Encapsulation culture 3. Sweatshop culture 4. Elon does not care about giving you family time, only cares about your efficiency 5. You are easily replaceable 6. Work at least 55hrs per week 7. If something goes wrong, Elon starts sending emails asking everyone to shape up and work even more hours when you are already working 60 hours a week. 8. If a deadline is not met, it's never Elon's ultra demanding deadlines' fault but your fault for not working more than the 60 hours you are already working. 9. If you did not graduate from a top university, your chances of promoting are very slim to none
