Pros

Everyone has a voice within the company. Not only is your feedback encouraged, its expected. The fruit of your labors is very apparent and extremely motivating. One of the most exciting places I've ever worked at. The workplace perks and overall team mentality are second to none.

Cons

While I have found very few cons in my time here, I would encourage a better training program for new hires. I have seen a few people, myself included, who were a little lost early on.

Pros

Super challenging and rewarding work. I'm surrounded by amazing people. Launch sites are high energy fast paced. My co-workers are my family (dinners, trips etc...). Work live balance is getting better

Cons

If you looking for an easy 40hr/wk job with low stress, this is not the company for you. Also, if you don't like being the dumbest person in the room, same as above

SpaceX is the place to be if you want to make an impact. If you are willing to devote the time/energy you can become an important player. You will see the fruits of your labor everytime we launch.

Cons

Some people feel the environment is too stressful. However, it is much improved over the early years.
