There are always opportunities to stay challenged and engaged. Innovation remains at the core of what we're about, and support for "the best idea wins" is championed from the very top. Specifically in Vandenberg, we are a smaller, tight-knit group who rallies together to tackle any challenges in order to achieve successful launches.
Cons
There are times when we surge and work more hours to achieve our goals, but they are always tempered with opportunities to relax on the downswings. Taking time off for personal endeavors outside of work is always encouraged and supported.
