This company is not employee friendly. VP is worse at starship. Don’t know how he got there. Anyways I wouldn’t recommend SpaceX to people. I have been in the industry for long and I regret my decision to come here. I would say look somewhere else if you are an experienced engineer.

WORK WORK WORK WORK. Lot's of hours, incredible hours sometimes 60+. Seemingly for no reason but to exhaust budget. Not much direction as things seem the be winged last minute and production can change without notice mid build which tells me management isn't doing the best job at overseeing the schedule. It seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, which again wastes time mid build breaking down and setting up a new build. All builds halted get put on engineering hold rack which usually has over 200+ items and by the time we are ready to work back around to it, more often that not it's obsolete or on a much further revision.
