Rewarding, exciting, fast-paced, good benefits, stock and cash bonuses, cheap and tasty food, free coffee, great company parties, young and smart coworkers, watching the launches from mission control

Cons

Long hours, miscommunication between departments, odd management choices, not enough bathrooms, too many gifted people working here, everyone is way too nice

Pros

SpaceX is a great place to work when you are a self starter with a driven personality. Don't let anyone fool you but you are capable of great success, and the opportunities to drive innovation and improvements are endless.

Cons

Salary needs a bit of help, and the leadership development needs a lot more. There are a lot of great individual contributors that are promoted who do not know how to engage a team. At the same time there are those who would excel in a leadership role, but senior leadership fails to see it. It is also very annoying to see people act entitled as if everything should be handed to them.
