      Pros

      Everyone incredibly driven, experts in their field. You'll never be the smartest person in the room. Decent perks for all employees (e.g. including interns). You'd be hard-pressed to find a company where you'll do more "real" work

      Cons

      Some pressure to work long hours, but no one will care if you work a solid 40 as long as you're getting your work done

      SpaceX over all is a great company with a lot of potential. They work long hours but the job is very fulfilling .

      Pros

      Great pay . Great benefits Lots of incentive to motivate employees. The employees have a great sense of pride in what they do .

      Cons

      The upper management need a full overhaul. Management is running off all the good long standing employees . Company need to better communicate with its employees.

      Pros

      You'll get to work with brilliant people, and have real responsibilities—this internship isn't easy. It's challenging, and you'll grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Vandenberg is a fantastic location, although Lompoc can leave some to be desired. However, only an hour away from Santa Barbara to the south and SLO to the north, it's not a bad location
