      Pros

      Young,diverse energetic company, with a great outlook and ready to take on all challenge(s)..When hard working people assemble great results will prevail and I believe SpaceX is on track to make that happen.

      Cons

      Fragmented at times , needs to stop the ride and look at the processes, re-evaluate and then back to the task at hand. Also Expansion although a positive thing has its temp setbacks with access to areas and or Location updates and time needs to be given to make the adjustments.

      Pros

      SpaceX gives you the ability to work on some of the best engineering projects in the word, while at the same time allowing you to be autonomous and creative.

      Cons

      The company is becoming a little bit bigger and as such, some stricter processes and procedures are being introduced that stifle come of the earlier creativity. Good roles can still be found or worked into, but bureaucracy is creeping in.
