Pros
I feel as if I was given a very meaningful project. Interns are also given the workload and responsibilities of that of a full time employee. The company is incredibly supportive of their workers. I feel as though the companies really values my time, work, and does what ever possible to make their employees comfortable at work.
Cons
Be prepared to put in the hours. The work is challenging, demanding, and requires being an independently motivated worker. If this is you then you will thrive here.
