      Working for a company that is doing cutting edge, new, exciting things is highly important. After working for years in small businesses where the end goal was surviving this is a fantastic change. The company will allow you to grow as much as you can, not limiting your potential by your job title. You are never the smartest person in the room and that's a good thing, there are learning experiences every hour of every day.

      The hours can be long and deadlines can be tight but if you manage your own time better you can get out of there at a decent hour most days.
