Pros

SpaceX is doing some awesome things and company is set up to keep doing great. Also, have some very talented people working there. You can feel proud to be working for a company that is leader in the industry and opportunity to be part of something meaningful. Paycheck can be good, if you don't mind all the available overtime. They offer plenty of workshops to attend to learn and self improvement. Work is not so challenging where you have to solve problems, but as a technician you just have to follow directions. Some find the repetition part of the job easy.

Cons

However, unprofessional team supervisors who are on a power trip create a very difficult work environment. These individuals tend to misuse their authority, potentially leading to bullying, intimidation, and a hostile workplace. This can significantly impact employee morale, productivity, and even lead to negative physical and mental health consequences. They can get away with it because lack of communication and accountability from upper leadership. Technicians have no real channel to voice concerns, as HR appears disengaged and lazy, so they are unresponsive to complaints or HR will say they are not interested in any complaints. Team supervisors hold excessive power, including the ability to fire technicians at anytime without prior notice. With no checks or balances in place, they essentially run their teams like isolated kingdoms, which was rumored to take place in California location. Unfortunately some supervisor, who transferred out from California carried over the nasty dysfunction with them. If you are lucky you might be placed in good supervisor's team, who value professionalism and are respected by team members, but there are only few of them left because they have been losing all the good supervisors to competitor.

Pros

Working with incredible and motivated people. Being a part of some incredible launches and overall aerospace history. My position is shift work, so being able to go home at the end of the day and working ~50 hours a week without being pressured to do more (although that is pretty unique to my role at SpaceX).

Cons

Working at a company owned by Elon Musk. A company whose main goal is simply "humans on Mars!!" but seemingly without attempting to overcome a single technical or scientific hurdle to achieve that goal, besides rocket power. My position is shift work, so without being pressured to do the typical amount of insane SpaceX hours, the trade off is that my schedule shifts around from front half to back half of the week, and from days to nights, making it nearly impossible to have a life outside of work. And of course, for those in the company who are salaried but not on shift work, there is certainly pressure to do nothing but work.

Pros

good benefit, free snack . not enough parking.

Cons

not enough parking—often up to 60 hours a week to meet launch schedules—raises are minimal. Management is poor, and the work environment is heavily focused on metrics. The long hours and constant pressure make for a terrible work-life balance.
