Pros
Lots of incredibly smart people all at one company and when it works well, it works really well and you are well compensated for all the hard work you put it
Cons
The "work is life" mentality and expectation that you dedicate all of your time to the job is draining and is reflected by the high turnover and burn through rate of their employees. It's what you expect from SpaceX but be wary.
