Pros
The people here are extremely capable and committed to the mission. You can learn a great deal while pursuing a goal of genuinely changing the world, and advancement is much closer to a true meritocracy than most places you'll find. Almost everyone in the company is passionate about what we're doing, and it can feel like one big family sometimes.
Cons
There's an expectation that going above and beyond is essentially the norm, you should expect to be working overtime and some long hours. It's not a job for someone who wants to cruise on middle gears, and probably not one to plan to retire in.
